Had an issue where part of the house had no electricity and the breaker wasn't tripped. Joe from Carter Electric was extremely knowledgable, troubleshoot the issue quickly, resolve and provide recommendations. Company was able to fit into my schedule and on time visit was experienced. I would highly recommend this company for your home electrical needs.

Excellent Costumer Service good working environment

I met Randy at my place of business and asked about a service panel upgrade for my home. He was able to quote my project right then. He and his crew handled everything from the permits and service disconnect to the installation and inspection. I am very happy with their work from beginning to end. i have since had another large project completed by Carter Electric and received the same high level of service. I would like to thank Mike and Marty for their help in getting my shop squared away and safe, and also for letting me help out with the non-technical grunt work. If I have any more electrical projects in the future, Carter electric is my first choice.

I recently contacted Carter Electric to confirm a service order placed through my home warranty company. I was impressed by the professionalism of their employees, especially Jessica. She confirmed the appointment time/date and asked a few questions regarding the nature of the problem. We also discussed a prior service call from last year, which was somewhat similar but warranted a service call in which the technician successfully corrected the problem. After making a few suggestions, Jessica was able to guide me to take a few simple actions that immediately resolved the problem. In the most pleasant and professional manner, she put my interests first, even though it resulted in a cancelled service call. FIVE STARS to Carter Electric and Jessica. Customer service doesn't get any better than this!
